We also monitor Windows Updates on every computer system and install patches as needed during the middle of the night reducing any down time during the day.
Support When You Need It
When someone on your staff runs into a computer problem it can grind everything to a halt and significantly affect their productivity. With Managed Services your staff simply submits a ticket online or calls our support team and we will remote in and resolve the problem in no time. In the event the issue cannot be fixed remotely we will dispatch a technician to resolve the issue onsite. We encourage your staff to utilize our support services as often as needed and is included as part of our Managed Services program.
